Just purchased a new Inspire HR. Downloaded the Windows 10 App and followed all the instructions to the letter. The Fitbit screen shows a line across it or goes to the setup screen. Tried all the restart procedures and nothing happens. Have tried all this at least 10 times and still cannot get the Fitbit working. Is there a fix or do I go and get my money back? Jess

I have absolutely got the same issue from straight out of the box, it charged, but always the flat line across the centre of the screen. help please

Just to update, I had a remote chat with customer services today. They walked me through all steps that I had already done, and that's expected, and right that they should do so. The problem could not be resolved, and so I have been offered a replacement FitBit Inspire HR free of charge. I naturally accepted this, and have since had confirmation via email, that one will be sent to me within 5 working days. That, for me, is a good result, and my thanks go to the Customer Service team, and specifically to Lemuel for the help given.

I have just bought and set up an Inspire and just like you Jess and Adrian I have the line across and nothing will get it to work. This is appalling and frustrating..

I got this for the first time today - line across screen.
