Inspire HR shows low battery and screen not working

Hi guys, lately I've been getting a low battery notification at 20% and the screen is non functional at this point. When I push the button it gives me the battery with an exclamation point. 20% to me is way too early. I went out yesterday at 22% shortly after, well you know I couldn't see it. Is there a setting for when it notifies me? Shouldn't it be somewhere around 5%. Also how about a screen brightness setting? Im older and outside I have a really hard time seeing the screen. By the time I can see it it shuts off. Just curious.

Let me help you with your low battery notification and screen not responding. You can't change the percentage at which the notification appears but you can share your idea in our Feature Suggestions board. Search for the idea first to see if one already exists so you can add your vote. The more votes an idea gets the more likely the developers will try to implement it. You can find the brightness level by swiping down on the tracker and going to settings. Finally regarding the screen you can restart your tracker by following these instructions.

Let me know how it goes.

hi thanks for the reply my tracker seems to have calmed down and has been working as expected.  and it seems that the low battery notification at 20% is where fitbit set it. after reading through the posts its already been suggested to fitbit to let the user have control of the setting for it. maybe someday....
