I purchased yesterday. I was able to set it up on my phone and it is recording information, but I can't get anything on the face except the set up website info. No clock or swiping. I've reset it twice. It is fully charged.

Let me help you with your Inspire HR showing the setup page. Try removing your tracker from your account and set it up again. Also try clearing the link between your phone and tracker by doing the following:
