Inspire HR shows wrong resting heart rate numbers in the App?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Looks like the app has stopped updating Resting HR. It has been showing 68 for days now, even though fe. yesterday at night 68 was the highest value and otherwise 56-64. Sometimes the RHR value has changed during the day, so clearly it should recalculate regularly? Is there any way to "force" recalculation etc.? It starts to get annoying trying to track recovery from exercise when can't rely on RHR at all.

App is updated to latest version, restarted etc. but no help.

Hi @Wandering123, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the wrong resting heart rate numbers that your Inspire HR syncs to the app, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.

In order to avoid providing the same issue, let me know if you restarted your Fitbit device or your phone. If it was your phone, please restart your Inspire HR as described in this help article. After this, monitor the resting heart rate for the next 24 hours and see if the app shows accurate resting heart rate numbers.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

Thanks for the answer. I have restarted the App, the phone and Inspire HR, no help. Looks like app takes pretty much the highest HR value from the graph during night. Maybe this is intended, but seem weird.

Also, when doing a bit harder exercise where avg HR is 165, measured with chest sensor, Inspire HR shows max HR about 126. It was the same with old Charge HR, so nothing new.
