Inspire HR shutdown but kinda works

My Fitbit Inspire HR stopped scrolling and syncing randomly. The screen would only flash on sometimes so I unpaired it. Now I can't get it to pair again. Somehow it started back up syncing but the screen only works if it's on charge. Once off charge the fitbit goes back to a blank screen. When it does work I still can't scroll. I've also tried resetting, cleaning with a cotton ball, turning Bluetooth off and on, and restarting my phone. Not sure what to do next 😔😫
