Inspire HR shutting off while performing walking exercises

I just brought the Fitbit Inspire 2 on April 29,2023 and my device shuts off while I'm performing my walking exercises. I'm thinking about returning it as it is an inconvenience.

Hi @Vonna1 Before you return it, try restarting it a couple of times and see if that fixes it.

Apart from this, did your Inspire HR shout off while performing other exercises?

Hello, I only use the walking function on the Fitbit Inspire . Yes, I shut
down and restart but still the function stopped working. For instance today
it stopped after 9 mins which I was unaware of until after I completed my
workout. Ugh, really interferes with my trying g to keep track of my
exercise steps .😞

Hi @Vonna1 are you saying that your Inspire HR turns off while on a walk? 

Or that the Inspire HR stops recording the walk?

Yes, to be exact; Inspire 2 stops recording the sessions.
