Inspire HR side button is not working well

Hi,

My fitibit is only a few months old. I went for a bike ride and I can't get it to stop tracking. It won't reset and I've tried to clean the side button with compressed air. Nothing works! It has been acting up for about a week since we were off the grid for a number of days.
