My fitbit is a month old and the side button only intermittently works. It is very difficult to swipe between displays on the face (sometimes works, sometimes stuck). It seems to be keeping time and counting steps ok - just can’t see this as I can’t get the face to show a lot of the time. What’s going on?

@LAD2674 Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned.
You may be able to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button.
If your button works after cleaning it, please restart your Inspire HR.

It isn’t helped by cleaning. It intermittently works. What else could I try?
