Inspire HR silent alarm only works occasionally...

Hi all,

 

Recently purchased a fitbit inspire HR for the main purpose of having a silent alarm to wake up and not disturb my wife and baby. Turns out the silent alarm is rather weak and on top of that doesn't always go off. There have been several mornings now where the eight alarms I set do not go off. Not a single one. 

 

Is this some kind of bug, how can I get this thing to work consistently? I need to wake up for work...

Let me help you with your silent alarms. This is odd. Restart your tracker and delete all alarms, save and sync then add them again.
