Inspire HR sleep, activity and pulse recording won’t sync

I am using an iPhone and have successfully used my Fitbit for 3 weeks. Yesterday updated my phone and now, fit bit is recording everything but it won’t sync with app to show sleep, activity tracker or record pulse.  Have reset fit bit, turned off and on phone and Bluetooth and re-loaded fit bit onto app.  Still no joy.  Anyone help please?

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not syncing with your iPhone and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
