Inspire HR sleep data is often inaccurate

On some nights, my Fitbit tracks sleep accurately, and other nights it doesn’t. Last night it thought I went to sleep at 3:30 am, but it was actually around 1:00 am. I don’t think ir is always recording my heart rate accurately either. I believe I am wearing it on my wrist correctly. I was winder if I tried wearing it on a clip instead of my wrist might work. Its really important I track my sleep properly, since I am trying really hard to improve its quality and quantity.

@bawoodworth I hope you're doing well!

Sorry to hear about this. Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here.
