My Fitbit reads my sleep and puts it on the app but it has never shown up on my Fitbit. The little picture of the moon.. yeah that is just greyed out and I don’t know if there is a way to fix it. Thank you!

Let me help you with your sleep icon. Start by restarting your device by following these instructions. If the issue persist please clear your data but noticed that you will need to set it up again.

@AlvaroFitbit I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I hold the button down for about five seconds while it’s on the charger but a icon of a smile won’t show up. If I do erase data what all will it erase? Just the day’s work? I don’t want it to mess with anything in my Fitbit app or anything. Thank you!

Tried restarting and clearing data, still wont work. Any other advice? Should I return it? It has been a week. I tried everything I can find in this forum.
