Have been in touch with Fitbit for a fix on the Inspire HR sleep stages to no avail. They keep telling me it is a known issue. If that is the case, why are they still selling them. That means I bought it wanting the sleep stages and they keep selling it with the sleep stages being a known issue! Very frustrated with Fitbit at this point!

If you just want to vent, that is fine.
But if you were hoping for any help here, you would have to tell us specifically what your problem is.

Sorry about the venting! The problem is I get simple sleep stages instead of detailed sleep stages. I've gone through all the steps with a support person twice so I've reset the fitbit, been attentive to how I wear the fitbit, set the sleep sensitivity to 'sensitive' ... nothing seems to help. Again, sorry about the venting. I just feel frustrated. Thanks for the response!

No problem. I totally understand. Occasionally someone on these boards has a suggestion that support might not have thought of, or an "unofficial" work-around that helps.
Support probably had you go through all of these already, but here's the help section about that issue:
Why don't I see sleep stages today?
One issue I see sometimes is people using the 'Begin Sleep Now' instead of just letting Fitbit figure it all out on its own.
Somewhere in the sleep help section, I read that the sensitivity setting makes no difference for trackers with heart rate sensors.

So glad to hear that they are replacing yours. I hope the replacement works. They've told me it is an ongoing issue with the Inspire HR.
