Inspire HR sleep start time inaccurate

Occasionally the time recorded for the start of my sleep is completely inaccurate. Case in point last night: I got into bed at 11:30 pm and it shows the start of my sleep as 1:23 am. Any insights?

Hi @HaliFit, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Inspire HR since it's not registering your sleep time accurately. I totally understand how you feel about this.

 

Please restart your Inspire HR as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your sleep data.

 

Finally, monitor your Inspire HR and see if it provides accurate sleep time.
