Inspire HR sleep tracking is not accurate!

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've read through other posts and see many with similar problems but solutions suggested have not worked. This has become worse since the most recent update as well.

This is actually my second Inspire HR, which was replaced by Fitbit, because of this problem and it freezing all the time and the need to reset.

I know the routine of resetting, setting to sensitive etc. But since the update, it has shown me to be missing the 1st 2-3 hours of sleep, even after restarting EVERY day. I have sleep disorders hence why I need this sleep tracking.

Perhaps Fitbit needs to check and find out why so many people are having issues with the sleep tracking! Would appreciate technical support to look into this please.

My Fitbit recorded sleep for two and a half hours that I was tossing and turning last night. So it thinks I got almost 10 hours of sleep when in reality, I got around maybe 7-8 hours total. I was totally awake from 2am-4:30am this morning. I know because I’d check the time every 20-30mins of tossing and staring at the ceiling or wall.

it’s recording my resting heart rate as sleep when I’m actually tossing A LOT and trying to slip back into sleep in a comfortable position. What is the fix to this? I just got this YESTERDAY.
