Inspire HR starts tracking exercises while I'm sitting down, wakes me up at night

Hi!

I bought an Inspire HR two weeks ago, and many times each day it will start tracking an exercise when I'm not exercising - I'll be reading or working at my computer, and it suddenly buzzes and thinks I'm running. In the app, it will display a workout for 45 minutes that shows no GPS movement. At night, the same thing happens and my device will suddenly wake me up with a buzz and display showing I just started a workout - when I'm sleeping. There is not an alarm set.

I disabled the 'auto recognize activities' section under 'Exercise Goals' and it still does this.

Hi @karakennedy Try restarting the Inspire HR several times and see if this fixes it. If it doesnt, please come back here.

Hello! I'm still having this issue with my FitBit - I was trying to just accept it but I think it's getting worse. I'm not sure if someone reached out to me about this, but I wanted to follow up. It's waking me up at night, both telling me to do the relaxation exercise and thinking I'm running and trying to track exercise. I don't have the receipt from the Best Buy purchase in May, but I think this tracker is not working properly.

Thanks for your help!

-Kara
