Inspire HR stats not showing in the app

I've recently observed that my Fitbit app stopped displaying steps, active minutes, heart rate information & sleep tracking which used to be on the dashboard. I only see calories as the main display and exercise tracking, water, food, mindfulness, weight & menstrual cycle tracking as tabs below.

I tried editing the dashboard but it did not show me steps, HR, sleep tracking or active minutes options to add to the dashboard.

My app is updated and is the latest version (3.36.1).

My tracker does display the mentioned parameters above but nothing is shown in the app. Please help!

Hi LiliyaFitbit,

Thank you for your response. I did try to set up the device but the pairing process kept failing. I had the device plugged and the phone right next to it. The bar on my tracker would barely fill and the phone showed that the update failed.

I opened my app today to find a banner on top asking me or update my tracker which I went ahead and did. That failed three times. The next time around I kept the screen on to check what was up with the installation process and it finally updated. I clicked on 'Edit' on the home screen and I was able to add steps, heart rate, active mins etc.
