Inspire HR step count decreased after syncing

I had a step count of 10,000 today 7/1/2020, went and synced my inspire HR and it dropped the step count down to 9,550; tried to sync it again and it dropped it down to 9,450. This has never happened before. Any help with this would be appreciated. Thanks, BParr

@BParr I hope you're doing well!

 

Let me help you with your missing steps on your Inspire HR. Do you have any third party app linked to your account? Have you manually logged any activities? These two scenarios may affect the steps detected by your tracker. Also could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your account's Dashboard and activities area?
