I am part of a custom fitbit challenge. This morning I took a 5 mile walk. The fitbit Inspire HR shows the 10000 steps but the challenge does not. It has for the previous 2 days but not today. I do not enter steps manually. I have reset the device twice. It also does not record the 90 minutes of activity but it does register the 5 mile walk estimate.

@ljmoore3 It's nice to have you on board! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your Inspire HR steps not showing on your challenge and your active minutes not being detected. Start by logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Also make sure the app is up to date.
Regarding the active minutes, they are granted for the most intense activity your tracker detects this won't equal the amount of time you do an exercise. For example if you go for a walk and do this for an hour but decide to actually jog or run for 20 minutes of that hour, your hour long activity will be detected but most likely will be awarded only 20 active minutes as these were the intense ones. You can read more about active minutes and how they are calculated here so you can compare it with your activity.
Let me know how it goes.
