I've closed the app and reopened it; I exited the app and signed back in; I turned bluetooth off and on; I restarted my Iphone. It still will not sync. It will show the green bar going across then it turns read and says Failed To Sinc Device. My phone and Fitbit app are the latest versions.
What else am I supposed to try?

It had fixed itself. Was working fine until yesterday afternoon where it started giving the not able to sync message when it would try to sync itself but if I refreshed the screen right after that message, it would sync. So far this morning it seems to have fixed itself again. Pretty frustrating to deal with something so unpredictable.
