Inspire HR stopped charging

My Fitbit HR stopped charging. I tried cleaning it and the charger with alcohol and a q-tip & that did not work. I purchased a new charger and it is still not charging.

Hi @MicheleCFNP  which Fitbit do you have? There are a few with HR in the name. You try to restart the device a few times?
