I got an Ispire HR five-six months ago, and the text notifications have been working fine, but within the last 4ish weeks I've been getting maybe every other notification? And now in the last week or so I get even less then that. I get maybe one notification for every five or six texts. I know there's a range, but it does this even when it's on my person, on my person, within just a few feet of me, ect. 

 

I've tried restarting my phone (Galaxy S9+) and my Fitbit but nothings fixed it. A big reason as to why I got the Fitbit I got was for the text notifications, so its extremely frustrating that its stopped working. 

 

Flipping my wrist to get the display to come on also stopped working about the same time. 

 

 

Any suggestions on what else to try? TIA

My Inspire hr stopped receiving texts again the other day.  It spends more time not working than working. I am regretting spending money on it

I have an iPhone and started experiencing this problem suddenly. I found the solution to my problem was in the iPhone settings for my messages. The default for messages is to never show previews on the notifications. I changed that setting to Always and now I’m getting the text message notifications again.

Hi there. I have inspire2 and text notifications have stopped but also the congratulations icon and buzz notifications have now stopped too. Also my 250 steps reminder is not working either.  Very annoying.  Things work fine then stop why? I dont change anything.  It is so frustrating.  Happened with each fit bit I've ever had. Why is it so rubbish. cheers Julianna
