Inspire HR stopped recording sleep

I'm charged, I'm updated, I haven't changed how I wear the Inspire HR, but for 3 nights now there's no sleep data at all. Other metrics are there and look right. Do I research Apple or Garmin?

@torroid It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the sleep tracking issue that your Inspire HR has experienced.

Please restart your Fitbit device as described in this help article. After this, monitor your Inspire HR during the next 48 hours and see if it tracks sleep data properly.

Hope this helps.

JuanJoFitbit, Thanks for the tip; will see what happens. Note: It took *multiple* tries (4 or 5) to get the smiley face (to get the restart to happen). By the time the Fitbit showed a smiley face, my face was doing the opposite.

I'm having the same problem. that my Insire HR hasn't tracked my sleep for 3 days. It also took more than 5 seconds for it to restart. We'll see if that's all it takes. Hope it works for you too.

I restarted my Inspire HR and went to bed. It did not record any sleep data. I've turned off that portion. I'll leave it off for a day or so and turn it back on. Like Mom said, Do I really need to track how well I sleep? I toss and turn every night anyway.

Doing it again (not recording sleep).
This didn't used to happen, now it happens frequently. My guess is this isn't the fault of my Fitbit (which I've had for a long time), but a problem with the Fitbit cloud. Which means someone at Fitbit broke it, and someone at Fitbit isn't fixing it.
I'd really like to meet the Fitbit developers. I'm sure I'd find either they are knuckle draggers (meaning Fitibit didn't hire the right developers), or they are OK but Fitbit doesn't have enough of them to do the job right. Continue to be more and more disappointed with Fitbit.
