I've had my fit bit a little over a year, and I let it die on me last month. Since then I have not been able to sync it to my phone. Also the touch screen only sometimes cooperates. I have tried all of the trouble shooting suggestions, like restarting it and all that. Since I have only had it since last summer, it would really be nice to get it working again!

I'm having this too.
I had a short break from using it to track runs and now the touchscreen is less responsive and I can't get the tracker to start and stop when I want it to. It scrolls OK mostly. Same age of fitbit (bought June 2020).
It does sync still but is not tracking GPS well either where a month or so ago it was fine.
Nothing to do with battery charge. That is still fine and it usually goes around 5 days between charges.

My fit bit still charges and I have tried charging it and syncing it for the 100th time. Still nothing. But I also have a new problem... the screen has now faded to the point that I can barely see anything. It doesn't even look like it is on, even though it is.
