Inspire HR stopped syncing to Samsung A11

Samsung A11

I received this phone in October and my fitbit had no problem connecting to it for two weeks, then it stopped syncing.

 

After trying a few simple restarts, turning Bluetooth on and off, etc. I tried the following.

I have tried:

  1. Remove your Charge HR from your account.
  2. Log out from the Fitbit app and restart your phone.
  3. Restart your tracker following @AlejandraFitbit's instructions.
  4. Log back in and setup back the Charge HR.

I then tried this process over, but instead of logging out of my fitbit app, I completely uninstalled and re-installed the app.

It can find the Inspire HR to tell it to display the 4 digit code, but then it gets hung up on syncing.  I have let it sit for over an hour.  This is non-sense.

I repeated the uninstall process and was able to link to my phone and it sync'd once, but now it won't re-sync.
