Inspire HR stopped syncing to iPhone

On Thursday, my Inspire HR stopped syncing seps, activity, and sleep to my iPhone.  I have tried all the trouble shooting suggestions - force quitting the app, restarting the fitbit, checking to make sure everything is up to date, shutting down blue tooth, removing and reinstalling the watch in the app, Disconnecting the device and pairing it again, etc. However, nothing seems to fix it.

 

I have notice that the steps will show at various times during the day but once I sleep overnight all information from the previous day goes away.

 

is this the same issue with Android devices that you are working on or is there something else I can do to fix it?
