Inspire HR stopped syncing to my iPhone 12

My Fitbit suddenly stopped syncing with my app on my IPhone 12 and with my Weight Watchers app. How can I solve this problem?

Hi there, @Walker711. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Inspire HR. 

If you haven't done so yet, please try removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:

*On your phone, tap Settings Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.

Sync your Inspire HR automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.

If you continue having syncing difficulties, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync? 

If you managed to sync your Inspire HR, but WW is still not working, follow the steps below:

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Scroll down and tap or click Manage Data > Manage 3rd Party Apps.
  3. Log in to your Fitbit account.
  4. Tap Revoke Access to disconnect an app from your Fitbit account.

Then, please check: How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app? to connect this specific app once again.
