I fixed my Fitbit!!! It was really simple once I figured it out. I have been trying to figure out how to get my Inspire HR to sync like it did when I received in on June 24th. After the update release on July 10th st 9:37 am my Inspire broke. Found out it was an issue with the update and the support team was going to send out the fix that day. Well that day next day until today still no fix to the update. I was thinking that I might as well send it back because it was no use to me accept a watch.
Here is how I fixed my Fitbit Inspire HR: I opened the Fitbit app and went to add new fitbit. Followed directiions. First time failed due to code error. I tried again and the new code worked and was successful! Yahoo!!!.

Welcome to the Forums @Becky1955! Thanks for reporting the syncing issues with your Fitbit.
You've done an excellent job trying those steps following the suggested steps on the help articles. We don't have any information about having this situation with other users, but I know how frustrating this can be. I know that you've done a lot but I'd like to try a couple of things with you to confirm if you Inspire is having internal issues with the Bluetooth. What model of phone are you using to sync?
Please followed these steps:
Give it a try and keep me posted on the resolution.

I have had issues as you are saying and while troubleshooting my issues maybe I can help you too. First, if a take a shower with my fitbit he on, I found that it would stop syncing. I would have to stop my Bluetooth, reboot Android phone, start Bluetooth and then refresh. At times when this fix wouldn't work I would do a restart on my inspire hr. So my fix was to take my Fitbit off when I took a shower and I barely have issues now. If this is not the case for you then you may want to reinitialize the inspire hr to your phone. I had to do this back in June when they did an update to the Fitbit app software which broke any and all syncing. No one at Fitbit support could help. When I called support they made it sound like it was my Motorola phone that was the problem. However, it was not my phone. Anyway, not sure what type of troubleshooting you have done. Good luck.

I’ve started to report weekly, all the issues my new fitbit inspire HR has with NOT connecting to the app, failed to sync, device not found. Seriously this is my last fitbit purchase ever. I’m done with these ****ty products.

I've done that several times today and it did NOT fix mine. It synced yesterday but I've tried everything today. I'm about ready to return it. 😞

I've done all that several times today and it did not help. It no longer syncs to my iPhone or to my Fire tablet.
What is wrong with these Fitbits that they won't sync? There are many, many complaints about this issue.

The one time I managed to get mine to sync today (now it won't again!!), it did not record last night's sleep time. On my tracker display, the Sleep icon is now grayed out for some reason. I can't get it to not be grayed out.
????????
Fitbit tech support, please help!

I've tried all that several times today and mine still won't sync.
I only got it yesterday, set it up, and it synced fine.
This morning it would not. I've worked on it on and off all day today. Done every step I've read about or can think of. Nothing helped.
Mine has not been worn in the shower or even gotten any water splashed on it.
I guess I'll have to return it. 😞

Well, I finally got mine to work yesterday by doing a factory reset/delete data and doing all the other stuff suggested by everyone (restart, delete, turn bluetooth off/on yada yada). It synced to my iPhone and to my Fire tablet, and I could view the data on the dashboard on the Fitbit website. It synced one time early this morning and now I've had problems again all day.
It won't let me sync but sometimes gives a message that says it is "scheduled" to sync later. My current HR is not shown in the data-- There are other posts about this problem having to do with Fitbit deleted the option for all-day syncing for some reason.
It recorded my sleep data for last night, but now the sleep icon on my tracker display is grayed out again (like it was before the factory reset yesterday) for some reason. I'm wondering if it will record any sleep data tonight. I don't really want to do another reset/delete data, as I'm not sure it's uploaded today's other data and I don't want to lose that. I don't know if it's uploaded the newest data or not because I can't sync to my phone or Fire again. 😞
It also did not use GPS on my walk today even though I have it turned on and turned on the option for it to use gps when it detects walking. On my walk I did not get my mileage notification, either, even though that is turned on. The dang thing just doesn't work every other day.
I would think I just had a lemon, but too many others have the same problems. I'm growing very tired of having to fight with this tracker so much to even get it to work or sync. I've had it only a few days. Fitbit, please get your act together.

I have just found the solution for getting a fitbit to improve your mental wellbeing. After trying everything I could find on this forum to get my fitbit to sync, without any success whatsoever - on equipment that doesn't have any issues connecting to anything else - I have taken my useless Inspire HR up into my garage and with some assistance provided by my heaviest hammer have smashed it into a thousand pieces. I cant tell you how good that feels after so much wasted time trying to get something worthwhile from this piece of ****. Big thanks to all who have patiently tried to detail the hundreds of different ways you have tried to get your fitbits to “work". I have finally found my solution and my stress levels have come down remarkably!
