Inspire HR stopped syncing with my Moto G5 phone

As of November 17, my 2 month old Inspire HR has stopped syncing with my phone. I have changed nothing on my end. Bluetooth on my phone sees the device but won't pair, although keeping the device unpaired was the best way to sync anyway despite all the advice I'm reading.  Ideas?  Seems kind of silly that this brand new device is now just a pedometer.

Tried adding the app to my iPad and it won't sync there, either. Is it the Fitbit?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Melcro.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Inspire HR has stopped syncing with your phone. Thank you for trying to resolve this and providing the additional details. I understand how you are feeling and I am here to help. While Moto G5 phone is not a supported device for the Fitbit app at this moment, it doesn't mean that it won't work with the app entirely, but rather that some of its functions might work intermittently. I would like to confirm if you're still experiencing issues with syncing your device? You can find our complete troubleshooting instructions at Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

For reasons unclear to me, when I woke up this morning, it was all synced
up. I have no idea why.
