Inspire HR stopped tracking and screen goes black

My 15 month old HR just died today. The screen flickers for a moment and then goes black. It won't stay lit and does not respond to my attempts to scroll. It's syncing, however it isn't tracking anything. 

It's dead. I plugged into the charger, and turned it off/on. But it is not resolving. I checked the app and it's up to date.  

 

What can I do. warrantee??
