My HR monitor has stopped working. Grey heart shape with two dashes underneath.

Sorted it. I linked my phone app to a new device, a 4 digit code came up on my existing device, I followed the instructions and the HR monitor is back. 😀

Glad to hear that once you paired it to your phone, the heart rate started working. For future references, I'd like you to make sure heart rate is turned on in the Settings app on your tracker. Next, make sure you're wearing it correctly, either by moving it higher or lower on your wrist or by tightening or loosening the band. Inspire HR should be in contact with your skin. After holding your arm still and straight for a short time, you should see your heart rate again.
