Hello, the Fitbit Inspire HR does not register my heart rate any more. I did a reset but no result. I have looked in the settings too but everything is normal. The device is one year.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. Please contact them with the reference number they provided in case the issue persists and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.

This happened to me too when I was trying to fix the battery issue since the update (which I'm still having). I believe this is what happened: I reset the device 3 times, as was suggested. Battery still draining too fast and now HR doesn't work (no light at all). Cleared user data on the device (I made sure to sync it first so I didn't lose any data). Light flashes sometimes now but still reads --- bpm. Forgot the device through the app and reinstalled it. Still nothing changed. Sit frustrated and annoyed for a bit. Check it every so often while I try to work. Get a move remember and BAM the HR is back on. So yeah, not sure what prompted it for me but maybe it'll help? Not sure if yours is lighting up at all or not.
