Hi, I've seen some other posts about the Inspire 2 not tracking sleep stages. Most of these posts seem to be with brand new fitbits. I've had my Fitbit for over a year and it has only shown basic sleep stage insights for the past three nights. My battery is not low, my heart rate was tracked all night, I slept for more than 3 hours each night, and the wrist position has not changed.
Does anyone have an idea why this stopped? Has Fitbit moved this feature behind the premium paywall?

Hi @Hollowag, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the sleep stages tracking issue that your Inspire HR has experienced, I'd like you to restart it as described in this help article. After this, please check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks sleep stages data.
Finally, monitor your Inspire HR and see if it provides accurate sleep information.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

Hiya
I’ve been having this problem, I got mine at Christmas and it showed it for a week and now gives me a basic reading, I’ve done everything they told me to and it still hasn’t changed, very annoying
