So frustrated. It has never shown notifications since I had it, can live with that, regularly stops syncing - never finds the product when searching on Bluetooth anyway,
Now stopped syncing at midday today, have tried restarting, it won't turn off no matter how long I depress the button for.
Have restarted phone, turned Bluetooth on and off and deleted app and re installed it.
Bought it last July and am fed up with it.
Any ideas on how to get it working normally again?

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not recording your activity or syncing and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the issue persist I suggest you let our Support team so they can further assist you. I noticed you already have a ticket with them so keep working with the team to find a solution.
