Inspire HR stopped vibrating

heyy first time posting, long time user.

all of a sudden my inspire HR stopped vibrating to anything, text notifications, incoming calls, alarm clock.

and everything that i could find doenst help or apply

@DEsjaak Thanks for confirming that you've tried those steps already. 

If you're getting the smiley face only, please try the following:

  • Unpair your Inspire HR from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Inspire HR.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Inspire HR.
  • Set up notifications again. 
  • Once your Inspire HR is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again. 

With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Inspire HR first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

yeah i tried that as well (saw it on a other post) but notifications are turned on on the fitbit and my phone, and i did a charging cable reset but all i got was the smiley

good news   forgot it at home today and when i came home and ready your message it magically worked again (without doing anything) dont know why, but im happy it works
