Inspire HR stopped working after 6 months

Got my Inspire HR in June, 2019. Heart rate monitoring stopped in October. Now, the battery only lasts for 2 hours after being fully charged.

 

I bought it in Seoul. Now I am in the Philippines and there is no way here to have it fixed. I already lost the proof of purchase.

 

Any other way to fix it or get a product replacement?

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not working correctly. Have you tried any troubleshoots?I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.

Hi, Alvaro! Thank you for your suggestions. 

Unfortunately, I tried all possible troubleshoots suggested here in the FitBit Community including yours. 

None of them worked. 

 

Today I tried once more to troubleshoot my Fitbit Inspire HR.

Still, none of them worked.

Got another problem, too. 

The clock intermittently changes its time; sometimes late and sometimes advanced. 🤔
