Had my fitbit gir 18 months with no problems. Yesterday I checked if its OK to wear it swimming and was assured it was.
I was in the water for 10 mins swimming. On my return home I found my fitbit isn't working anymore. Charged it up fully + it will only hold the charge for hour before it dies again. Ant suggestions if I can make a complaint to fitbit about this please.
