I have purchased many Fitbit’s over the past few years. One Fitbit tends to last about one and a half to two years, while the warranty is about one year long. I am fed up with having to pay full price or only 35% off for something that I paid full price for only a year and a half ago.
Either Fitbit needs to improve their tech, increase their warranty, or I will no longer buy Fitbit’s.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Jewel07.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your experience and feedback. We're constantly working on improving our devices and user experiences, and your comments are always welcome. I understand how frustrating this is for you as you have been a Fitbit customer for a long time. I am sure our Support team tried their best to help you, each case is reviewed individually and a solution that's being provided is based on the Fitbit Warranty. I appreciate your understanding and hope to keep you in the Fitbit family.
See you around.

Thank you for your response, @LiliyaFitbit,
I really appreciate you trying to help me. Unfortunately, I’ve decided not to buy any more Fitbit’s.
Thanks again
