Inspire HR stopped working and only has the fitbit logo with EKAEHS4X 001 on the screen. How do I get it to restart and connect with my phone.
Also, someone suggested I remove the app from my phone and upload again. Now it won't let be sign back in since it already has my email. It sees this fitbit as a new fitbit.
Any suggestions for both problems?

Hi @pilarromo If you have deleted and reinstalled the app, you will need to log back in using your email and password. It sounds as if you ware trying to set up a new account, which you cant do using the same email address. Just log into your existing account.
It sounds as if the Inspire HR has somehow got removed from your account, so you will need to try tomset it up again as in THIS Help Article on Set up.
