Recently, around 1 in 3 or 4 chances, the app exit running mode when I was running, stopped recording .. however, sometimes it works perfect, record everything. I bought this last March, not sure if this one is broken, needs a new one, but I heard it has at least 1.5 years to work properly.

Hi @Cathy2020, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Since you mentioned that your Inspire HR exits from the running mode, I'd like you to restart it as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your workouts.
Finally, monitor your Inspire HR and see if the issue gets fixed.
