Ive had this Fitbit for a week and it has been sluggish in displaying data and then the HR stopped altogether after the first battery recharge. The only change I had made to the device was to change the clock face. I went thru the troubleshooting and restarted a few times with no joy.
I then reset the clock face back to standard and it appears to be registering my active HR now.
Very odd indeed.
I must say so far, one week down, I am not a fan of this device and are sorry I retired by Alta.

Hi @SueO111 welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks a million for sharing your feedback about your Fitbit experience with Fitbit Inspire HR. Sorry you feel that way about old Fitbit Alta, but thanks for give it a try with this other model. What you're experiencing with your Fitbit is not a normal behavior, thanks a million for trying to restart it and for all the steps that you've tried until now.
I'd consider deleting your Inspire HR from your Fitibt account and Bluetooth settings on your phone, then set it up as a new device. You can also check this article next time you have similar issues with your heart rate: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device?
Let me know if I can further assist you, I'll be glad to help.
See you around.

once again this Fitbit Inspire HR has created another issue. Fully charged, working ok and then the screen is blank and will not restart.
Syncing with the app the steps are registering so it is still working but the screen doesn’t display.
I am really disappointed in this product and would like to exchange it for another one. Can this be authorized via this site so I have no issues with the retailer. Please respond.
