My Inspire HR tracker stopped working around 4pm on 23 August, I have done numerous restarts, the green light is flashing so not sure what the issue is. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

To better assist you, can you please let me know what the issue is exactly? Is it not syncing? Is the screen blank? Is it not charging? In the meantime, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi @MarreFitbit I have restarted as per instructions and changed the clock face.
BPM is greyed out and showing as --. The green light on the back is constantly on.
All other measurements are working e.g. steps, sleep (although no stages are shown)
