I have my Fitbit inspire hr now for a week and its the second time it stopped counting mu steps around 7 pm i did the restart and logging in and out after the first time it happened. This is really frustrating when you work with a dietitian and she looks at your goals and its not right! Why does it do that and how do i fix it

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not count steps and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. This isn't an expected behavior. Have this repeated after you restarted your device? Could you take pictures or sync your device?
