Inspire HR stops tracking heart rate during workout.

Hi all,

I've noticed while working out my fitbit shows that I have heart rate below zones during a fast pace. The equipment I'm using shows that I have a cardio rate, so I'm a bit confused. I still get plenty of cardio shown but it doesn't seem accurate.

@wschwartz101 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message.

Have you tried to wear the Inspire HR tighter oder looser during your exercise, so that the heart rate gets captured better?

Try wearing it also higher or lower on the wrist.

If this doesn't help, try restarting your Inspire HR

Instead of using these 3 heart-rate zones, you can create a custom zone to target a specific heart rate:

  1. From the Today tab

in the Fitbit app, tap the Heart Rate tile

    .
  2. Tap the Settings icon

    .
  3. Tap Heart Rate Zones.
  4. Tap the switch next to Custom Zone and enter your custom zone.

Or on fitbit.com, log into your dashboard, and click the gear icon in the top right. Click Settings

Don't forget to sync the tracker after the changes were made.

Hope this helps
