Inspire HR stuck at 34.20001.63,12 firmware and won't update

Been trying to update my firmware, even on my PC it shows my inspire hr is "up to date"

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Inspire HR is stuck on the previous firmware version. Thank you for providing the additional details, I am here to help. I recommend doing the following:

1. Log out of the app.
2. Force quit the app
3. Check if the app is updated to the latest version by following these steps.
4. Log into the Fitbit app, sync your tracker and check if you can update it: How do I update my Fitbit device?
