My inspire HR Suddenly stopped working after it lost battery. The device did not start back up normally after charging. It is stuck on a screen with the Fitbit logo and the number “100”. I cannot reset the device either (I have tried many times). A smiley face 🙂 pops up on the screen and then nothing. No vibration or anything. Is the device broken? Is there anything that can be done (other than a reset since like I said it will not turn on or off, just stuck on the logo with 100 on top). I’ve had the device for a year and pretty disappointed it stopped working!
