It's been over an hour and my Inspire HR will not sync and the screen is black. I tried resetting it per instructions on here and it goes to the smile screen, does not vibrate and just stays on the smile screen for a period of time before eventually going to the black screen and staying like that until I attempt the whole process again.
I've also tried changing the clock face as some users have suggested, however, it won't even allow me to do that.
I've also tried restarting my phone (Samsung Galaxy).

Let me help you with your unresponsive Inspire HR and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the issues persists I suggest you let our Support team know so they can further assist you. I noticed that you already have a ticket so please keep working with the team to find a solution.
