Inspire HR stuck on a timezone

Hello,

My Fitbit HR has been stuck on a timezone (GMT+1) and I haven't been able to change it. I've tried simply turning on the automatic time zone on the app, selecting a timezone manually, clearing user data on the Fitbit, unpairing and repairing it to my phone, reinstalling the app, restarting the Fitbit multiple times, and even just changing the time to any other timezone, but nothing has worked. All other features are working fine - it syncs my sleep time, steps, etc. The Fitbit is also updated to the newest firmware version as of right now.

The phone which I am using it with is a Samsung A40, updated to the newest Android version available for it. I also have enabled all possible permissions for the Fitbit app so I doubt that it's an issue with the Bluetooth or the app being denied permission by the phone to access something.

It might be important to note that once when I restarted the Fitbit it changed to a different timezone but then it came back to GMT+1 as soon as I synced it.

Hi @zakajus10 welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thank you for sharing this information with us.

Sorry to hear that any of those steps solve the issues with the timezone on your Inspire HR. I really appreciate all the steps that you've tried until now. I've heard about a similar issue some time ago, would you mind checking step number 3 in this post?

Where are you exactly located?

I'll be around, please keep me posted.
