My inspire is stuck on the clock, it will allow me to stroll down to stats but can’t stroll up to exercise mode, setting etc.....also the brightness screen is stuck!!!!!!!

@Pyramid7 I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Inspire HR is stuck on clock and won't stroll up. I understand how you are feeling and I am here to help. I recommend restarting your tracker by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
