You are in 'Notifications'.  Press side button to get out of Notifications; then either scroll down or press side button again to get to clock face.

Side button will get you out of most things.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

When I get the "Nothing New Here" on my Inspire 2 it won't move off the screen...it is frozen.  And when I hit the side buttons I only get the DND/Sleep/Screen Awake functions.  I can't get to the clock face unless I "restart" the entire tracker.  So, I have to be next to my computer and charger in order to keep my watch going.  Any thoughts?

When you get to DND/... functions, I think that means you held in the buttons too long.  Long buttons press takes you to 'Quick Settings'.  Do a quicker press and release to take you back one step.  I found that a bit tricky at first with the touch-sensitive buttons.

My Fitbit is playing up after I charged it. Apparently won't sync to phone. Any ideas ?

I know this thread is old. But for anyone who runs into the same problem, I was able to fix it by going into my FB Android app and just downloading a new clock face. This reset it to the main home screen. Hope this helps.

I was having the same issue I had to tap a few times on front of the screen because it was locked, the screen unlocked then a short tap on the side buttons got me straightened up

I think you'll have to have another notification, for you to actually have messages option on your screen.

Leave a message..
